Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with professional hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and friendliness.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a POS system (training available).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends and various shifts.
• English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas.
• Communicate with team members and kitchen staff for smooth service.
