Job summary

Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI, seeks a friendly Van/Shuttle Driver to warmly welcome guests and provide transportation to/from the airport and around the city. The role offers part-time or full-time availability with late-night shifts preferred.

Hourly wages range from $14 to $16 based on experience, with benefits and opportunities to grow within Marcus Hotels & Resorts properties. Lifting, driving, and guest-focused service are essential parts of the job.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and navigate the property.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Guest-focused attitude.
• Hospitality or guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome on arrival and departure.
• Safely drive guests to airports and local destinations in company vehicles.
• Load, unload, and assist with luggage and amenities.
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and report issues.
• Deliver gifts or amenities to guest rooms as requested.
• Assist the Front Office with additional tasks as needed.
