Job summary

Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is seeking a friendly Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals in our bustling restaurant on the Madison lakefront. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, weekend availability, and tips-based earnings.

You will join a team committed to hospitality excellence, maintain clean dining areas, and provide attentive service while following Hilton and Marcus standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using a POS system (training available).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work weekends, early mornings, or evenings.
• English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Available | Weekend Availability Required
