Qualificações

• Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday (no weekends required).
• Warm, helpful approach to service with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and break down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware.
• Serving food and beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and event orders.
• Maintaining a clean, well‑stocked, and organized lounge, pantry, and storage space.
• Responding promptly to guest requests or communicating with supervisors as needed.
• Monitoring lounge usage and keeping accurate guest counts.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly.
• Supporting hotel‑wide operations as needed, with flexibility and teamwork.
