Qualifications

• Comfortable using a Point of Sale (POS) system (training available).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Weekend, early morning, or evening shifts required.
• English proficiency (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take orders accurately and enter into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages per standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
• Communicate with team and kitchen for smooth service.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalate to supervisors.
• Assist with restocking and maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
