Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts seeks an Executive Lounge Attendant for the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, WI. This part-time role (Mon–Fri) is centered on delivering a welcoming, high-quality lounge experience for Hilton Honors guests while maintaining operations and guest safety.

You will set up and maintain the lounge, serve food and beverages, assist with events, monitor guest counts, and coordinate with the team.

Qualifications

Hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to read and understand English.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
Warm, helpful approach to service with attention to detail.
Availability to work Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and event orders.
Maintain a clean, well-stocked lounge, pantry, and storage space.
Respond promptly to guest requests or communicate with supervisors as needed.
Monitor lounge usage and keep accurate guest counts.
Collaborate with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly.
Support hotel-wide operations as needed, with flexibility and teamwork.
