You will set up and stock the bar, craft beverages to standard recipes, greet guests, manage orders via POS, and maintain a clean, organized space while delivering a welcoming bar experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of beverage preparation and garnishes.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Ability to operate a POS and balance cash.
• Promote and recall menu items.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock the bar each day; ensure beverages and supplies are ready.
• Prepare and present beverages following recipes.
• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver an engaging bar experience.
• Input orders into POS and balance checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and lounge area.
• Assist guests and respond to requests promptly.
• Handle payments and balance the house bank.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines and liquor regulations.
