Qualifications

• Experience in security, hospitality, or guest service preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay composed and act decisively in emergencies.
• Flexible availability including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property and public areas to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Monitor activity and security systems; address safety concerns promptly and professionally.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, disturbances, and incidents per procedures.
• Assist guests and team members with directions, access, safety concerns, and hospitality support.
• Maintain incident reports and security documentation in line with procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and F&B teams for smooth operations.
• Support VIP arrivals, events, and special functions as needed.
• Follow OSHA, fire safety standards, and company security policies at all times.
