Qualifications

• Delphi.fdc experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication.
• Coordinate event details, prepare proposals and contracts, conduct site tours.
• Provide day-of-event support to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Lead trade show planning and execution, oversee logistics and booth staff.
• Handle lead collection and post-event follow-up.
