Olympia Hospitality's Lodge at Schroon Lake is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the sales and events team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will manage group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication, while coordinating with Sales and Event Managers to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused, able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or hotel experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication.
• Coordinate event details, prepare proposals and contracts, and conduct site tours.
• Provide day-of-event support and oversee trade shows, logistics, and lead retrieval.
