Job summary

The Lodge at Schroon Lake is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to coordinate group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll work closely with Sales and Event Managers to prepare proposals, contracts, site tours, and day-of-event support to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate group reservations, block room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication.
• Experience coordinating proposals, contracts, site tours and day-of-event support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group reservations, room blocks, billing and reporting.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and site tours with Sales and Event Managers.
• Provide day-of-event support to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead trade show planning and execution, overseeing logistics and lead collection.
