Job summary

The Lodge at Schroon Lake in the United States is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the sales and events teams. You will manage group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication, coordinating with Sales and Event Managers to prepare proposals, contracts, site tours, and day-of-event support to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Pay Rate: $30 per hour

The Sales Operations Manager supports the overall success of the sales and events team by managing group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication. This role works closely with Sales and Event Managers to coordinate event details, prepare proposals and contracts, conduct site tours, and provide day-of-event support to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Sales Office Manager also leads trade show planning and execution, overseeing logistics, booth staff, lead collection, and post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Experience / Education:

Sales and/or hotel experience preferred; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience; Delphi.fdc a plus
