Qualifications

• Sales and/or hotel experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Delphi.fdc a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication.
• Coordinate event details, prepare proposals and contracts.
• Conduct site tours and provide day-of-event support.
• Lead trade show planning and execution, overseeing logistics, booth staff, lead collection, and post-event follow-up.
