Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking an OEM Sales Manager in Duluth, GA to drive Group and Catering sales for the hotel. The role emphasizes proactive and reactive sales efforts, delivering exceptional client service, and fostering repeat and referral business through strong relationship management.

The position acts as a liaison between customers, the Sales team, and Event Management, ensuring the complete event lifecycle is executed with precision and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of hotel or hospitality sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience with group and/or catering business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external clients with timely, clear, and professional communication.
• Drive revenue growth by maintaining existing accounts while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including pre-event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up with accurate contracts, room blocks, BEOs, and billing.
• Collaborate with sales, event management, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Forecast and maximize revenue by analyzing group room blocks, food & beverage needs, and overall opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales goals and activity metrics such as calls, tours, and appointments.
• Utilize sales systems and strategies to manage accounts and support business objectives.
• Maintain strong organization and time management with attention to detail across responsibilities.
• Participate in meetings, training, and development while contributing to a team-focused environment.
