Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Sales Manager to turn relationships into results. The role focuses on developing and fostering Group and Catering business for the hotel through proactive and reactive sales efforts.

You will manage the full event lifecycle, collaborate across teams, and forecast revenue while driving growth through existing and new accounts. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize time effectively.
• Experience in hospitality sales, especially group and catering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster Group and Catering business for the hotel through proactive sales efforts.
• Drive revenue growth by maintaining existing accounts and pursuing new opportunities.
• Manage the full event lifecycle including pre-event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, event management and operations for seamless execution.
• Forecast and maximize revenue by analyzing group room blocks and F&B needs.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and activity metrics.
• Utilize Delphi, PMS and marketing plans to manage accounts and shape strategy.
