• Be one of the first points of contact for incoming sales calls and respond promptly to internal partners and external customers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to reflect Concord Hospitality through all channels.
• Assist with tasks such as room blocks, reports, client notifications of key dates, and billing details.
• Prepare for and participate in pre-event, main event, and post-event planning and communication.
• Learn hotel products, pricing, function space, F&B details, and sales systems to support strategies.
