Concord Hospitality Brand is seeking a Sales Coordinator at our Duluth, GA property to be an early contact for sales inquiries and to respond promptly to both internal partners and external clients. Responsibilities

• Be one of the first points of contact for incoming sales calls, and respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers.
• Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning, and be organizationally savvy with a keen focus on detail.
• Work diligently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities including managing room blocks, reporting, and communicating deadlines to clients.
• Complete or assist with pre-event, main event, and post-event details, tracking and communicating event particulars to internal and external stakeholders.
• Gain knowledge of hotel food and beverage products, pricing, function space, AV and other details related to group events.
• Learn and use digital sales systems and hotel sales processes, and apply these tools to meet team goals.
