Job summary

Concord is hiring a Sales Manager to turn relationships into results by developing and fostering group and catering business for the hotel. You will liaison between the customer, the Sales team and the Event Management team to ensure successful events and satisfied clients.

Responsibilities include driving revenue, managing existing accounts, coordinating pre/post-event activities, and collaborating with sales, events, and operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of hotel or hospitality sales experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience with group and/or catering business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiar with sales systems (Delphi, PMS, or similar)
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external clients, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication.
• Drive revenue growth by maintaining existing accounts while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage the full event lifecycle, including pre-event planning, execution, and post-event follow-up, ensuring contracts, room blocks, BEOs, billing, etc. are accurate and coordinated.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, event management, and operations teams for seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Forecast and maximize revenue by analyzing group room blocks, F&B needs, and overall opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales goals, including activity metrics like calls, tours, and appointments.
• Utilize sales systems and strategies (Delphi, PMS, marketing plans) to manage accounts and support objectives.
• Maintain strong organization and time management with attention to detail across responsibilities.
• Participate in meetings, training, and development while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
