Concord is seeking a Sales Manager to turn relationships into results at our Cleveland hotel. You will develop and foster Group and Catering business through proactive and reactive sales efforts, coordinating with event management and operations to ensure exceptional service and repeat business.

Responsibilities include managing the full event lifecycle, forecasting revenue, and achieving sales goals. Strong communication, relationship building, and proficiency with Delphi/PMS are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of hotel or hospitality sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience with group and/or catering business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with sales systems (Delphi, PMS, or similar).
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to attend events, some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external clients.
• Drive revenue growth by maintaining existing accounts and developing new business.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, event management, and operations teams.
• Forecast and maximize revenue by analyzing group room blocks and F&B needs.
• Achieve individual sales goals with activity metrics.
• Utilize Delphi, PMS, and marketing plans to manage accounts.
• Maintain organization and time management across responsibilities.
• Participate in meetings, training, and development.
