The OEM Sales Manager at Concord Hospitality Enterprises is responsible for developing and fostering Group and Catering business for the hotel through proactive and reactive sales efforts. This role aims to deliver exceptional service to external clients and internal partners, driving repeat and referral business while saturating existing accounts and seeking new opportunities.

You will coordinate with Sales, Event Management, and Operations, forecast revenue, and strive to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of hotel or hospitality sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience with group and/or catering business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with sales systems such as Delphi and PMS.
• Customer-focused with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and external clients.
• Drive revenue growth by maintaining existing accounts and developing new business.
• Manage the full event lifecycle from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, event management, and operations.
• Forecast and maximize revenue by analyzing group room blocks and F&B needs.
• Achieve individual sales goals via calls, tours, and appointments.
• Utilize sales systems to manage accounts and support objectives.
• Maintain strong organization and time management.
