Alexa MGMT is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee inbound sales leads and contracts for multiple properties within our hospitality portfolio. The role requires coordinating client communications, tours, and negotiations through to post-contract turnover.

The position emphasizes strong organization, exceptional customer service, and collaboration with events and operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences. Remote-work options after probation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Two years of hotel/restaurant/venue experience preferred.
• Ability to professionally represent hotel and restaurant.
• Work-from-home may be approved after probation and metrics.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to fill the sales funnel.
• Pre-contract: respond to leads, conduct property tours, negotiate and contract.
• Post-contract: hand off to events/operations and ensure obligations are met.
• Administrative: maintain CRM funnel and manage venue scheduling.
