Alexa MGMT is seeking a Sales Manager in Austin to oversee inbound sales leads, contracts, and coordination with events teams across boutique properties. The role focuses on client communication, lead generation, and ensuring smooth handoffs to events and operations.

The ideal candidate has hospitality sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Night/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel/restaurant environments is required.
• Ability to respond to multiple priorities with professionalism.
• Proven track record in sales coordination and client communication.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting for multiple properties within the Alexa MGMT portfolio.
• Pre-contract: lead response, follow-up, property tours, negotiation and contracting.
• Post-contract: turnover to events and operations, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Administrative: maintain CRM funnel and venue scheduling for external and internal use.
