Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. is seeking a proactive Catering & Sales Manager to lead social and corporate catering events, including guest room bookings, blending sales, event management, and guest service to maximize revenue.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and peak-season Tuesday-Saturday, with opportunities to train staff and collaborate across hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in catering sales, hotel convention services, banquet management, hotel sales, or culinary arts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest-focused with attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding service.

Aufgaben

• Sell and manage social and corporate catering events, including guest rooms and banquet food & beverage.
• Negotiate contracts, suggest menus, and coordinate room setups.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure flawless event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Generate new business through solicitation and networking; follow up with past clients.
• Finalize and distribute BEOs and maintain accurate event records.
• Lead pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications for service excellence.
• Monitor budgets, sales quotas, and revenue opportunities; boost catering revenue in low-demand periods.
• Conduct site tours for prospective clients and facilitate client meetings.
• Train, delegate, and guide staff to ensure smooth event operations.
