Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a proven sales professional to manage group sales and room sales at the Freehand Miami and other properties. You will entertain and cultivate relationships with existing accounts while pursuing new business to meet revenue goals across rooms, food, beverage, and room rental.

The role requires 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality settings, with strong prospecting, contract development, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior sales experience preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and meet revenue goals in rooms, food, beverage and room rental.
• Solicit new group sales accounts, entertain, and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Solicit new and existing accounts via telephone, outside calls, site inspections, and written communication.
• Develop and conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients and coordinate departments for servicing accounts.
• Attend trade shows and industry meetings to stay current on market trends and key customers.
