Job summary

The Harpeth in Franklin, TN is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to support the hotel’s sales team from lead to checkout. You will manage schedules, prepare proposals, contracts, and reports, and serve as the liaison among clients, vendors, and hotel departments.

You will handle group and event needs, maintain data integrity in the sales system, and contribute to overall sales growth and guest satisfaction with strong communication.”

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Sales/Events experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and organize complex projects and establish priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of the administrative process, service, detail, and efficiently communicate group/event needs from booking through checkout.
• Process incoming leads, generate reports, proposals, contracts, resumes, and maintain data integrity of the sales system.
• Coordinate with hotel operations, clients and vendors to ensure timely responses and accurate documentation.
