Job summary

The Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, TN, is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to support the hotel’s sales & events team and manage administrative tasks from lead generation to post-event follow-up.

You will coordinate group bookings, prepare proposals and contracts, maintain data integrity in the CRM, and ensure timely communication with clients and vendors; prior sales/events experience is preferred and strong organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Sales/Events experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and organize complex projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing administrative, sales, and event tasks from lead to checkout.
• Process incoming leads and execute sales reporting requirements.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, resumes, and maintain data integrity in the sales system.
• Coordinate groups, events, VIPs, and business travel guests with hotel operations.
