Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator in Franklin, VA, to provide essential administrative and sales support to the hotel’s sales team. You will manage schedules, generate reports, and assist in proposals, contracts, and client communications.

The role may involve direct sales tasks as needed, with emphasis on timely responses, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to drive group and event success.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Sales/Events experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and organize complex projects and establish priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of administrative processes, service, and communication for group and event needs.
• Process leads, generate sales reports, and support proposals and contracts.
• Maintain sales data files and act as liaison between hotel, clients, and vendors.
• Support groups, events, VIP and business travel guests as directed; manage files and databases.
• Communicate group and event needs to hotel operations; ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle inquiries with timely responses and assist with sales reporting.
