Hilton in Florida is seeking a Sales and Catering Coordinator to support sales operations and lead generation, driving new business and delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests.

You will handle administrative tasks, assist with contracts and proposals, qualify new leads, and collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers and hotel partners to identify opportunities and tailor solutions. Join a global leader that values integrity, leadership, teamwork and ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales operations and lead generation.
• Ability to prepare contracts, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Strong collaboration with teams and external partners.
• Excellent data entry and recordkeeping skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support including data entry, invoice distribution, Salesforce activity tracking, and recordkeeping.
• Assist with contracts, proposals, RFP responses, client call summaries, and booking and loyalty reports.
• Research and qualify new business leads to build a qualified pipeline.
• Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales peers and hotel partners to identify opportunities.
• Support departmental initiatives and participate in meetings and conferences.
