Hilton in Key West seeks a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, manage databases, and help drive new business. You’ll participate in preparing proposals, contracts, and client communications to ensure accurate information and smooth workflows.

You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate site visits and amenity deliveries, assist with special projects, events, and reporting, and deliver hospitality through organized, detail-oriented support.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales operations and maintain accurate account and booking data.
• Support sales documentation and reporting including RFPs and proposals.
• Generate and qualify new business by screening inquiries and routing to the right sales manager.
• Build collaborative relationships across departments for site visits and amenity deliveries.
• Assist with special projects and events and participate in meetings as needed.
