Concord in Columbus, OH is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, manage event details, and ensure the successful execution of group business.

You will liaise between the Sales and Catering teams, Event Management, and hotel operations to provide outstanding service and coordinate pre-, during-, and post-event activities. This role focuses on client satisfaction, accuracy, and revenue support.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate event details throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
• Track key deadlines, client requirements, and event milestones to ensure successful execution.
• Utilize sales systems and tools to support booking processes and achieve team goals.
• Participate in meetings, training, and reporting to support departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and seamless events.
• Assist in achieving sales activity and revenue goals through client interaction and support efforts.
• Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and compliance with company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
