Qualifications

• Hospitality or hotel reservations experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to learn hotel sales systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group room blocks with Sales, Catering, and clients to ensure accurate reservation management.
• Monitor group pickup, cut-off dates, and room block utilization; release unused inventory timely.
• Balance and reconcile room inventory daily across systems.
• Assist in managing inventory controls to optimize occupancy and profitability.
• Resolve rooming list challenges by communicating with departments.
• Relay VIP reservation information to operations for guest satisfaction.
• Establish billing accounts per hotel policies and process weekly commissions.
