Job summary

Responsibilities include managing pre-, during, and post-event tasks, using SFA/Fosse, and supporting the sales team with revenue strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience handling group reservations is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends during events if needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting spaces, concessions, reports, cut-off dates, contracts, group resumes, event orders and BEOs, and billing details.
• Learn and use digital sales systems (SFA, Fosse) and understand revenue strategies.
• Attend customer functions as needed; may work a varied schedule including weekends for events.
