Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Hotel Front Desk/Reservations experience.
• At least 1 year in a Sales Coordinator role.
• Must possess strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with reservations and booking through the hotel database.
• Create group bookings, manage rooming lists, and handle changes.
• Assist clients with vouchers as well as folio and billing inquiries.
• Be point of contact for pickup reporting and distribution of BEO packets to teams.
