Job summary

Craftable is seeking a driven Enablement Specialist to be the primary training resource for hospitality customers during onboarding and throughout their journey with Craftable. You will deliver structured onboarding, and provide ongoing, refresh, and role-specific training as teams adopt new modules and workflows.

You will collaborate with Implementation, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience that accelerates platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer education in SaaS or hospitality tech.
• Ability to translate complex product functionality into simple training materials.
• Ability to create guides, videos, exercises, and onboarding checklists.

Responsibilities

• New Customer Onboarding Training: integrate training into onboarding milestones, lead live sessions, adapt to segments, schedule follow-ups.
• Ongoing & Refresh Training: provide refresh training, expand module usage, tailor content to current configurations.
• Training Content Creation: develop guides, videos, exercises, and job aids; keep materials current.
• Product Expertise & Internal Collaboration: become SME across modules and surface questions to Product/Engineering; assist with troubleshooting.
