Feathr, Inc. is seeking a Customer Training & Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through platform integration during onboarding. You will become a Feathr product expert and run a rotating portfolio of accounts, ensuring smooth setup and tailored configurations.

You will deliver comprehensive training sessions, cover key features and best practices, and conduct approximately 5 onboarding calls daily while communicating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience training customers in software adoption or platform implementation.
• 1 year experience in a software-related/tech product environment.
• Proficient at managing simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities

• Platform Implementation: Become a Feathr Product expert and manage rotating accounts, ensuring smooth setup and configuration.
• User Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions, cover features and best practices, conduct ~5 onboarding calls daily.
• Building Excitement: Demonstrate Feathr capabilities and impact to drive customer confidence and enthusiasm.
