Homestead Midway Utah is seeking a friendly Reservations Agent to join our welcoming team. You will help guests plan and book stays, answer questions, and coordinate reservations with attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday availability is expected, with opportunities for growth within a premier Wasatch Mountain resort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and experience with reservation software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
