Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience
• High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Six months Front Desk experience
• Strong computer skills
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
• Lead and mentor front desk team to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and address guest needs
