This role blends full-cycle recruiting with hands-on onsite coordination, helping hospitality teams move from sourcing to onboarding smoothly. You will use talent management software and an ATS to manage applicants, coordinate interviews and orientation, and support HR talent management and compliance as hiring needs scale. Compensation starts at $23.00 per hour, with 45 hours per week, and the position is in person.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end hiring for hospitality roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection, using talent management software and applicant tracking systems such as UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing.
• Build stronger recruiting pipelines through social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and external recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate sourcing using research, cold calling, and ongoing relationship management to support high-volume recruiting needs.
• Coordinate onsite interviews, employee orientation, and training and development programs so new hires are prepared and engaged from day one.
• Support ongoing talent management initiatives, including employee evaluation, employee relations, and succession planning.
• Maintain HR legal standards by applying employment law knowledge to talent management practices across all recruitment activities.
• Partner with hiring managers, external agencies, and candidates to strengthen the candidate experience and support employer branding.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within the hospitality or service industry, with success in high-volume environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication to align candidate expectations with hiring manager needs.
• Familiarity with talent management systems including UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing (ATS experience is essential).
• Knowledge of HR sourcing methods such as social media recruiting, campus strategies, and external recruiting approaches.
• Understanding of employment law and HR best practices to ensure legal compliance during hiring activities.
• Ability to research market trends, generate leads, and support training and development efforts to continuously improve recruiting practices.
