Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for hospitality roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Build recruiting pipelines via social media, job boards, campus events, and external channels.
• Conduct candidate sourcing using research, cold calling, and relationship management.
• Coordinate onsite interviews, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
• Support talent management initiatives like evaluation, relations, and succession planning.
• Maintain employment law standards in recruitment practices.
