Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and extending offers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Post and manage requisitions on job boards, the company website, and social media channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job postings and interview guides.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings in line with company policy and applicable laws.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Run initial phone screens to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Deliver timely, professional candidate communication throughout the recruiting process.
• Ensure hiring practices are consistent, fair, and aligned with EEOC guidelines.
• Support onboarding through ADP or a designated HRIS, ensuring new hire paperwork and required compliance forms are completed.
• Coordinate orientation schedules and assist with Day 1 readiness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and meet federal, state, and company reporting needs.
• Serve as a recruiting partner by advising hiring managers on recruitment best practices and workforce planning.
• Participate in HR meetings to share updates on recruiting activity, metrics, and trends.
• Build relationships with local workforce agencies, community groups, and schools to support talent pipelines.
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and turnover.
• Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes.
• Stay current on industry trends, labor market changes, and competitive recruiting practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in hospitality, manufacturing, or service industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Applicant tracking system familiarity, with ADP preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting.

Work Schedule & Environment

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay

• Up to $55,000.00 per year
