Workforce Enterprises WFE, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for teams in Ontario, CA onsite. The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding with an 8AM to 5PM schedule and occasional overtime on weekends during peak periods.

Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in‑house or staffing).
Experience posting jobs for social media recruitment.
Experience with job fairs.
Ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.

Responsibilities

Partner with department managers to identify future hiring needs.
Design and implement recruiting strategy.
Create and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
Document job requirements and objectives.
Post roles to job boards, newspapers, colleges, and other sources.
Source and recruit via databases and social media.
Screen resumes and applications.
Conduct interviews using reliable tools and within schedule.
Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees and integrate them swiftly.
Deliver recruiting analytics and reports to the team.
Build relationships with candidates throughout selection.
Support the company’s reputation as a best place to work.
Complete and review payroll for temporary employees.

This full-time role includes hands‑on recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, along with the flexibility of a 8AM to 5PM schedule. What you will do

Partner with department managers regularly to proactively identify future hiring needs.
Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
Create and maintain job descriptions and job specifications.
Conduct job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post roles to appropriate channels, including job boards, newspapers, colleges, and other relevant sources.
Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Run interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees so they become fully integrated.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Deliver analytical, well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
Serve as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships throughout selection.
Support the company’s reputation as a “best place to work.”
Complete and review payroll for all temporary employees.
Use social media recruitment and assist with job fairs as part of the sourcing strategy.
Provide recruitment support using Avionte (preferred).

What you bring

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in‑house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
Experience posting jobs for social media recruitment.
Experience with job fairs.
Ability to conduct multiple interview types, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
Hands‑on experience with selection processes such as phone interviewing and reference checks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to complete and review payroll for temporary employees.
Avionte experience preferred.
