Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a dedicated in-house Purchaser to manage inventory, purchasing, and receiving of all operating supplies and equipment. You will work closely with management to ensure efficient procurement, budget adherence, and supplier performance.

The role requires experience in high-volume hospitality settings, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining food & safety standards across all venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage purchasing or similar role.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory, purchasing, and receiving of operating supplies and equipment.
• Collaborates with GM and other leaders to facilitate ordering and ensure profitability.
• Monitors safety, quality, and compliance with health regulations and company policies.
• Coordinates schedule, training, and development for the department.
• Oversees stocking, rotation, and par management for all supplies.
• Ensures timely opening/closing procedures and effective communication among team.
