Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a Receiver to help manage inbound deliveries in a fast-paced venue environment. You will verify items, sort and move goods to the stockroom or departments, and operate forklifts as needed to maintain efficient receiving flows.

The role requires previous receiver or stocker experience in hospitality, knowledge of food products, and strong teamwork. This position is on-site at our venue in a busy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous receiver/stocker experience or equivalent related Tao Group Hospitality experience required.
• Experience as a receiver in a high-volume operation preferred.
• Knowledge of food products required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and sort delivered items from vehicles and/or containers.
• Verify quantity and quality of items received; move items to stockroom or to a department.
• Operate shipping/receiving equipment, such as forklifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of receiving areas, kitchen, and venue.
• Communicate product needs to purchasers and chefs; assist with inventory.
