Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a hands-on in-venue purchaser to manage inventory, purchasing, and receiving of operating supplies. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of service for a premier hospitality property.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of culinary purchasing experience in a high-volume environment and solid knowledge of food products. Training will cover Tao Group Hospitality procedures and supplier relations.

Qualifications

• 1 year culinary purchaser experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume venues preferred.
• Knowledge of food products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, purchasing, and receiving of operating supplies.
• Collaborate with GM on ordering front-of-house supplies.
• Oversee stock levels, par levels, and deliveries.
• Ensure health and sanitation standards are followed.
• Coach and develop heart-of-house team members.
