HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Purchasing/Storeroom Agent to monitor inventory, deliver materials to production and hotel departments, and process transactions in the storeroom. The role reports to the Executive Chef and requires handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will manage inventory accuracy using MS Excel, maintain par levels, and coordinate deliveries for banquet events while adhering to health and safety

Qualificações

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Experience using a computer and MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inventory and par levels.
• Order, receive, and stock materials in storeroom or stockrooms.
• Fill requisitions and deliver items to kitchen and hotel departments.
• Track deliveries and ensure proper use and storage of equipment.
