Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage seating for reservations and walk-ins to maximize seating.
• Maintain entrance area cleanliness and order.
• Process reservations and answer guest questions.
• Coordinate with dining room staff for smooth service.
• Lead front desk tasks, including opening/closing duties as directed.
• Attend pre-service meetings and support VIP book and guest relations.
