Job summary

Hilton Atlanta is seeking an Assistant Director of Property Operations to join our engineering team. This 1200+ room landmark in downtown Atlanta plays a key role in safety, reliability, and guest experience.

You will assist the Director in overseeing facility operations, regulatory compliance, and capital projects to keep the property running smoothly. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage work orders, and coordinate with government officials on permits.

Responsibilities

• Partner in directing safety and operations of buildings, systems, and life safety per regulations.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and repairs of electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems.
• Assist capital projects and renovations, including budgeting and permits.
• Ensure work orders are assigned, verified, and logged in CMMS.
• Maintain permits and coordinate inspections with authorities.
• Drive engagement and professional development within the team.
