FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta seeks a Director of Engineering to oversee engineering operations, optimize energy use, and lead a dynamic team. You will drive strategic planning, manage maintenance and renovations, and collaborate with departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have Director/Assistant Director level hospitality experience, HVAC systems expertise, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Director or Assistant Director in hospitality.
• Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience 3–5 years.
• Refrigeration, HVAC certification and knowledge of safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize engineering operations and enhance efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and renovation of infrastructure and systems.
• Manage the engineering team with training and mentorship.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate engineering services.
• Implement sustainable energy initiatives and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
