• Direct capital projects: budgeting, scheduling, contractor bidding, licensing and permitting, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage work orders: ensure maintenance and repairs are documented in the CMMS.
• Ensure regulatory compliance: coordinate inspections and permits with government officials.
• Develop a high-performing team through performance management and professional development.
