You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, coordinate with contractors and city officials, and drive operational excellence to maintain guest experiences at the highest standard.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead maintenance operations by setting priorities and verifying task completion in the property management system.
• Coordinate external contractors, liaise with city officials, and inspect work quality.
• Handle maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies promptly.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop engineering/maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work.
